Latina Professionals celebrates the Top 30 Rising Latinas of 2023. We’re looking for 30 Latinas from every industry and profession — Latinas who have made a difference in their workplace and are blazing trails for other women. Nominate today!

We are in search of stories of rising Latina leaders pushing the conventional cultural norms and catalyzing change by creating a new path of professional success, with a genuine commitment to empower all Latinas.

The winners will be recognized at a special awards celebration at our Latina Annual Awards and will be profiled in a special announcement in our Latina Professionals Magazine.

• Open to Latina women who reside in the United States. 
• Nominees should be Latina leaders with a strong record of being a visionary leader and culture shaper. 
• Currently in mid-level roles ( managers, Sr. Managers, Directors), entrepreneurs, visionary leaders.  
• Award is based solely on personal accomplishments. 
• Nominations will be vetted by our editor and panel of judges.
• Submitting duplicate identical nominations for a nominee does not increase the chances of the nominee being selected. 
• Finalists will be contacted to confirm information, request bio, professional headshot, social media links, and personal quote.

The deadline to submit all nominations is March 1st, 2023 at 11:59pm PST. We will not accept nominations that are not submitted through this online system.
