Sally Delgado is a fearless higher education professional with over 10 years of experience. Sally is a natural leader with an infectious energy to connect with people. She possesses knowledge in a wide variety of areas but is most notable for organizational leadership, curator of events, public speaking, branding and recruitment strategies. Most recently she added entrepreneur to her bag of tricks, establishing her own business earlier this year with the hopes to launch in the near future. 

Sally earned her Master’s degree from DePaul University in College Student Development and Community Counseling and was awarded the Latino Leadership Award among her peers. Sally is also a certified public speaker and coach and a Myers Briggs certified practitioner. Additionally, Sally is an alumni of Mujeres de HACE program (Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement), a St. Jude Children’s Hospital ambassador to help bring awareness and philanthropic efforts to the Latino community, co-author of two books Inspired Latina Vol. X and Latinas in Real Estate Vol. I. Most recently Sally also joined 826CHI, a non-profit organization that supports creative writing and publishing for children. 

Sally is overjoyed to serve on the National Board of Directors of Latina Professionals to help propel the mission and bring new synergy to the Chicago community.
