Diana has more than 12 years of leadership experience in luxury-based businesses. She has worked with renowned brands such as Coach, Kendra Scott, Links of London (Bloomingdale’s), and RH. She has achieved phenomenal results in all positions; frequently turned around underperforming businesses and drove them to new heights by building and developing motivated teams and establishing high standards. She has Expertise in interior design sales, operations, recruiting, onboarding, training, talent development, and partnership development.
Diana is currently overseeing a high sales volume and multi-line Kitchen and Bath showroom in Orange County, California. Diana is passionate about women empowerment and has worked with organizations such as Girls Inc. and Amigas4mySoul. She led a group of Long Beach Latina women while participating in Amigas4mySoul. She worked with them on career and personal development. Attendees went on to accomplish great things, such as home ownership and secure promotions within their jobs. Diana currently resides in Buena Park with her boyfriend Adan. They have a blended family that includes two daughters, Victoria (4) and Noelia (6).
