Acelera: Accelerate Your Career with Purpose

Acelera is a transformative four-month virtual program aimed at propelling Latinas to the next level in their careers. Through a social justice-centered approach, participants engage in workshops, panels, and projects that build confidence, clarify purpose, and develop actionable skills. The program fosters a supportive sisterhood, equipping members to make meaningful impacts in their careers and communities.

Top 30 Rising Latinas: Celebrating Trailblazers

Our Top 30 Rising Latinas initiative honors emerging Latina leaders who are challenging norms and driving change across various industries. This recognition celebrates their commitment to empowering others and creating new paths to professional success. Honorees are featured in our annual awards celebration and profiled in the Latina Professionals Magazine.

National Latina Mental Health Awareness Week: Prioritizing Wellness

Held annually from May 10th to May 16th, this week-long event focuses on raising awareness about mental health within the Latina community. Through bilingual virtual events, workshops, and panel discussions, we aim to destigmatize mental health challenges and provide accessible resources and support for Latinas and their families.

Latina Career Connect: Navigating Professional Growth

Latina Career Connect is a dynamic series offering practical advice and insights on career advancement. Led by career and leadership coach Dani Tan, sessions cover topics such as job interviews, salary negotiations, career transitions, and networking strategies. This program empowers Latinas to navigate their career paths confidently and build a supportive professional community.

Latinas In The Boardroom

Leadership development initiative designed to prepare and elevate Latina professionals for positions on corporate, nonprofit, and advisory boards. Through expert-led workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities, the program equips participants with the tools, confidence, and connections needed to lead with impact and transform boardroom representation.

Latina Equal Pay

Program dedicated to raising awareness and driving action to close the wage gap affecting Latinas in the U.S. Through workshops, advocacy campaigns, and community partnerships, the program empowers Latinas with tools to negotiate salaries, understand their rights, and push for equitable workplace policies.
